There are four methods of shipping, which include: UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, Canada Post Ground and Canada Post Overnight.

When shipping with either UPS Ground or Canada Post Ground there will be a shipping charge of $7.50US.
When shipping with either UPS Next Day Air or Canada Post Overnight there will be a shipping charge of $10.08US

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Depending on your method of shipping your order will arrive at its destination within 24 - 46 hours. We have a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee after date of purchase. To obtain your refund please follow these 3 easy steps:

1 ) Obtain your return reference number by contacting us via email; info@aloeverajuicecosmetics.com, please provide us with the following infomation:

- your name,
- e-mail address,
- date of purchase,
- product that you would like to return
- reason for refund is not mandatory, however, it is greatly appreciated! 

2) Package the product you would like to return in a mail safe box. Your return reference number must be in the bottom right hand corner in pernmanent marker.

  Once we receive your package we will refund your money in the same form that it was originally paid. We will also send a confirmation letter to the email address that you provided.
