Directions:

1) Mix 60ml of Aloe Vera Gel and Forever Freedom together (total of 120ml), drink twice a day. Initially, start with 15ml each and gradually increase to optimum amount within one week,
2) Take one tablet of Bee Pollen, three times a day. Initially, take ¼ of a tablet each time, increasing to a full tablet each time within a week.
3) Apply Aloe Propolis Crème on your face, twice a day.
4) Take one tablet of Ginkgo Plus, twice a day.
5) Take one soft-gel tablet of Arctic Sea Omega 3, three times a day with meals.

Supplies should last 4 - 5 weeks.
